Practice Info Anesthesiologists and CRNAs work in an anesthesia care team model approach Case assignments include cardiac, pediatrics, OB-GYN, general, plastics, urology, and vascular Responsibilities Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Compensation Salary: $525K Pediatric Stipend: $50K Sign on Incentive: $100K Benefits Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $10K Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance Generous paid time off Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage Loan repayment & training assistance available Shift & Schedule In-house call 4 times a month Weekend duty Qualifications M.D./D.O.
