Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and risk assessments to formulate insights into patients' needs and vulnerabilities.

• Design and put into action tailored treatment plans, modifying them as needed based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.

• Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address diverse mental health issues.

• Implement crisis intervention protocols to stabilize patients in acute distress, ensuring a swift and safe transition back to emotional well-being.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other health care team members to provide holistic treatment plans.

• Monitor patient progress, conducting routine check-ins and adapting treatment strategies based on clinical outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, teaching essential coping skills and presenting available community resources for ongoing support.

• Help develop post-discharge care plans aimed at sustaining long-term recovery and preventing future crises.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Priory Wellbeing Center values our employees and offers a competitive compensation package that ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year.
