The ideal candidate has substantial in-home ABA leadership experience and has successfully built, expanded, or improved an in-home program. This individual must understand the unique operational challenges of providing ABA services across dispersed geographic areas, including clinician capacity, travel, scheduling, client–staff matching, cancellations, supervision, documentation, authorization utilization, and continuity of care.
Service LocationsAOK’s primary in-home ABA presence is currently in New York City , and we are actively working to establish and expand services in:
- Richmond, Virginia
- Tucson, Arizona
- Savannah, Georgia
- Alpharetta, Georgia
This is a fully remote position; however, candidates residing in New York, Virginia, Arizona, or Georgia are strongly preferred .
Candidates must hold active behavior-analyst licensure or be eligible and willing to obtain licensure in at least one of these states. Additional state licensure may be requested as the program expands.
No Billable-Hour RequirementThis is a dedicated leadership position with no ongoing caseload or minimum billable-hour expectation . The Senior Director’s primary responsibility is to lead, strengthen, and scale the in-home ABA program.
The individual may occasionally assist with assessments, client overlaps, high-risk cases, or urgent clinical needs; however, these activities will not carry a recurring billable-hour quota.
Leadership ScopeThe Senior Director of In-Home ABA Programs will oversee:
- Regional Lead BCBAs
- BCBAs and mid-level clinicians
- Registered Behavior Technicians
- Regional clinical and operational performance
- Client acceptance, scheduling, staffing, and continuity of care

- Address urgent clinical, scheduling, authorization, and operational issues
- Review authorizations for current clients and pending assessments
- Analyze the previous week’s billable hours and service-delivery performance by region
- Participate in approximately two to four leadership or management meetings

- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as the program expands
- Substantial leadership experience within an in-home ABA organization
