Opti Staffing seeks an experienced HSE Leader to head the safety function across complex operations in Alaska. This role reports to the CEO and partners with COO and senior leaders to implement safety management, incident investigations, and preventive actions across locations in Alaska. The successful candidate will lead strategic safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and engage frontline teams to foster a Just Culture and continuous safety improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
