Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with low-acuity and pre-screened clients, which allows you to focus intensively on therapeutic practices without the complexities often associated with high-acuity populations. This focus enables you to provide personalized care, leading to better therapeutic relationships and improved client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

  • Possess an active state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or appropriate PsyD.

  • Holds a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients, fostering trust and openness in therapeutic frameworks.

  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills, allowing for effective case management and documentation.

  • Approach client care with empathy, understanding, and a commitment to ethical practices.

Preferred Experience\n

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role.

  • Experience working with outpatient populations or similar mental health environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
