Occupational Therapist Responsibilities Evaluate children from birth to age 21 for fine motor development, visual‑motor development, sensory processing and modulation differences, executive functioning skills, and more to determine impact on activities of daily living (ADLs), rest and sleep, education, play, leisure, and social participation. Work closely with patient caregivers and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Maintain professional/technical competencies and proficiencies for job responsibilities and uphold federal/state licensure and ethical expectations. Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities Evaluate and treat children from birth to age 21 for speech, language, oral‑motor, feeding, voice, fluency, articulation, or social‑communication disorders to achieve the highest level of functioning and prevent regression. Work closely with patients, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Accurately document treatment sessions as well as progress or evaluation reports in detail. Maintain professional/technical competencies and proficiencies for job responsibilities and uphold federal/state licensure and ethical expectations. Requirements Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology and hold an applicable and current, unrestricted license to practice (or in the process of obtaining license). Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and hold an applicable and current, unrestricted license to practice (or in the process of obtaining license).
