Construction Glazing Project Manager

Dynamic Glazing Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial glazing projects from preconstruction through completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Benefits 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Company parties Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Training & development Competitive Pay Career Advancement Position Overview Interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and project specifications Manage multiple projects simultaneously from kickoff through closeout Coordinate materials, scheduling, and project logistics Track budgets, timelines, and scope changes Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and project records Support quality control initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Collaborate with Operations and Leadership in negotiating most favorable terms for DGS with customers, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the construction project Coordinate with other construction professionals to determine the specifications of the project Negotiate contracts with external vendors and suppliers Secure necessary permits and licenses Ensure all professionals on site comply with building and safety regulations Schedule key deliverables and milestones and ensure progress is being made Estimate costs and keep the project within budget Coordinate subcontractors and outside contractors Supervise and direct laborers and construction workers Report on progress Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred Previous experience as a Construction Manager Project management certification is preferred Deep understanding of construction management methods and processesAdvanced knowledge of construction methods, building products, and building codes Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills Familiar with Microsoft Excel and construction management software Ability to break large projects into small steps Preferred (not required) Experience in commercial glazing or façade systems AutoCAD or GDS experience PMP or PRINCE2 certification #J-18808-Ljbffr DYNAMIC GLAZING SYSTEMS INC
