Responsibilities Brand Experience / Customer Service Ensure excellence in customer service in the store by upholding high retail standards that align with company standards. Initiate conversations with all customers, building relationships to learn interests and identify products to suggest. Assist customers in the fitting room and recommend products aligned with their needs and preferences through suggestive selling. Promote the rewards program and achieve weekly loyalty sign‑up goals. Learn about new products and trends to better engage customers. Consistently achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. Provide information and advice on product performance, features, and specifications. Visual, Operation, and Safety Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well‑stocked. Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain point‑of‑sale integrity. Follow all company and store policies, processes, and procedures. React quickly to all customer or employee injuries and report them immediately to the manager on duty. Participate in loss prevention audits and adhere to company loss prevention policies to minimize store shrink. Urgency for Impact : Act quickly to support sales, loyalty enrollment, and service goals. Position Requirements Minimum age 16 years or older. Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule to meet business needs. Minimum availability of 12 hours per week, including one weekend day; additional availability is a plus. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members. Operate office equipment and technology (e.g., cash register, computers, phones, scanners). Stand and move throughout the store during scheduled shifts; walk and move to assist customers, retrieve merchandise, and recover the store. Lifting and carrying, with the ability to maneuver and/or lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Push/pull full racks of merchandise for restocking the store. Reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch to retrieve items from shelves, restock, and maintain store cleanliness. Manual labor occasionally to assemble displays and/or rearrange the store layout. Vision to accurately read labels and assist customers with tasks that require attention to detail. Use fine manipulation and grasp with hands to sort and organize clothing (e.g., placing on hangers, folding, organizing in color/size order).
