Manager in Training

Jimmy John’s is looking for a Manager in Training (MIT) to join our fast‑paced, high‑energy team! As an MIT, you’ll learn everything you need to know to run one of our stores like a pro. You’ll receive hands‑on training from experienced managers and quickly grow into a leadership role within the company. If you love working in a fun, fast environment, have a great attitude, and are ready to lead by example, we want you on our team!
