Candidates must be U.S. Citizens or have permanent work authorization. Applicants must be able to work onsite at Joint Base LewisMcChord a U.S. installation located south-southwest of Tacoma Washington operated by the United States Army.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Leverage a strong understanding of the clients mission policies technical procedures and project delivery processes to plan and execute federal projects.
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and site superintendents
• Collaborate with department managers project engineers and discipline leads to develop budgets schedules and construction service plans.
• Review design documents for compliance with scope contract requirements and company standards.
• Generate and distribute reports covering project progress risk and financial performance.
• Travel between 20-30% to project sites to monitor construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings including pre-award pre-construction project progress and final close-out.
• Build and maintain strong longterm client relationships.
• In coordination with the Site Superintendent develop and manage site logistics plans and staffing assignments.
• Oversee procurement process cost control and change management systems.
• Perform field inspections to verify quality and accuracy of construction.
• Set-up QA/QC procedures and conduct quality inspections.
• Uphold core safety values of the company and collaborate with the EH&S Director to effectively communicate and enforce safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• 510 years of experience managing mediumtolarge commercial construction projects for a general contractor is required.
• Federal project experience (USACE NAVFAC AFCEC) is strongly preferred.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints specifications and proposals; capable of coordinating time cost and labor estimates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to delegate work appropriately.
• Must have excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Travel:

• Between 20-30% overnight/outside CO

Other Requirements:

• You must be a US Citizen.
• You will be required to obtain Military Base Access Security Clearance.
• Valid drivers license required.

• We offer an excellent benefits package that includes medical insurance dental insurance life insurance 401k with company contribution paid time off and paid holidays.
• Salary range: $120000-$150000/annual based on experience plus eligible to participate in Short Term Incentive Plan.
