Human Resources Expert

Starting Hourly Rate: $15.50 USD per hour. Pay Range: $15.50 - $23.25 USD per hour. Responsibilities Deliver an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting, helping guests find products, resolving issues, and thanking them. Support store operations by assisting team members, maintaining a positive attitude, and adapting to business and guest needs. Collaborate with HR leadership to anticipate and address talent and staffing requirements for each department, ensuring the right mix of experience and skills. Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire suitable candidates. Support team member and leader training needs and advocate continuous learning. Serve as expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices. Listen to team members, collaborate with leaders, and take action as needed. Execute all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize engagement and minimize disruption. Assist in following company compliance policies to mitigate risk and demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. Work safely following all safety policies, reporting hazards, and correcting them when possible. Other duties as assigned based on business needs. Qualifications Strong, welcoming attitude toward guests and team members. Effective communication skills and ability to interact with multiple frequency devices, handheld scanners, and other technology. Independent and team-oriented work style. Quick problem resolution for guest questions in real time. Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes. Composed, focused performance in fast‑paced environments while managing multiple tasks. Physical requirements: accurately handle cash register operations, lift and move merchandise up to 44 lb, work in varying temperatures and conditions, remain mobile for the entire shift. Flexibility for varying shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.
