Shipping Coordinator

As the Shipping Coordinator, you are the final line of defense for quality control and the gatekeeper of customer satisfaction. In this high-energy role, you will physically inspect outbound materials and documentation to ensure every order leaves the facility flawless and on schedule. If you thrive in a fast-paced, active warehouse environment and have a sharp eye for detail, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's operational success.

salary: $35,359 - $35,360 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 2 PM - 10:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track the progress of outbound shipments.

• Identify opportunities to consolidate pallets within a shipment.

• Audit and verify the accuracy of staged orders prior to releasing them for loading and shipment.

• Print and securely affix shipping labels and packing lists to their respective pallets and shipments.

• Input shipping documentation data accurately into the automated Warehouse Management System (WMS).

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
