Senior Tax Manager

Our client is an organization in the Waukesha County area that’s looking for a Tax Advisor . Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, organized, and motivated. The Tax Advisor will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Work directly with client service teams to provide clients with integrated advisory experience. Plan efficient strategies for clients, serving as a primary resource in specialized areas. Perform research to solve issues and implement strategies in collaboration with internal teams. Prepare for and lead review meetings with current and prospective clients. Strategize and evaluate opportunities for planning and workflow efficiency. Analyze and prepare client deliverables, advising clients through related processes. Establish and maintain relationships with clients to enhance the overall client experience. The Tax Advisor will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CPA designation required. 5+ years of relevant tax preparation experience is required; direct experience in the financial services industry a plus. Strategic self-starter who is solutions focused with strong analytical skills. Demonstrates a sense of urgency, multi-task priorities, and meets deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. Focus on being service driven, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable working with clients and prospective clients regularly.
