Work Shift: Days Pay Range: $68.72 - $102.11 per hour Union: UFCW 3000-Professional and Technical Additional Shift Information Weekend & Holiday Shifts: No On-call Shifts: No Shift Differentials Evening: $3.00/hour Night: $5.00/hour Premiums Weekend Premium: $4.50/hour Standby Premium: $4.00/hour Per Diem Premium: 15% (on base, in lieu of benefits) Certification Premium: $2.00/hour Job Description Responsible for dispensing medications and I.V. solutions to patients. Provides immediate supervision and control of the work activities of Pharmacy Technicians and pharmacy students. Participates in ongoing clinical patient oriented activities and undertakes problem solving as appropriate. Provides information and education to patients, staff and public. Education Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy required. Experience Minimum of one-year experience in hospital pharmacy field preferred including automated drug distribution, I.V. admixtures, clinical pharmacy methods/practice and information systems. License and Credentials Registered Pharmacist license in State of Washington required. Benefits Information Benefits information available on the company website.
