Ive been proudly leading our agency since July 2021, though my journey with State Farm began years earlier as a team member. That experience provided me with the knowledge and skills to build a strong foundation for our close-knit team of six, including myself. Collaboration and mutual support are at the heart of everything we do. I offer my team several benefits, including license reimbursement, a health insurance stipend, flexible work schedules, and personalized mentorship for those aspiring to become agents themselves. My background in sociology, which I studied at Northern Illinois University, has shaped my leadership style and my commitment to fostering meaningful relationships within the team and with our customers. Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar and rooting for my favorite Chicago sports teams. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Christian Moore - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
