Job Description We are looking for a self‑motivated, organized individual who can assist us in putting into place financial management & reporting. Financial Management & Reporting Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP (or applicable accounting standards) Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes Monitor financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis Internal Controls & Compliance Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial controls and procedures Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting requirements Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes Maintain documentation for financial policies and procedures Others Keep track of the credit card expenditure and use against statements Monthly billing of services to clients in our CT base Giving tours of the property to potential clients Oversee maintenance together with property manager In charge of making payments to vendors outside of payroll Company Description Oakland Stables is a high-performance equestrian business focused on the training, competition, and development of sport horses and riders.
