Make a lasting impact by teaching and inspiring elementary, middle, and high school students while giving back to your community. Future Resource Learning is a leading provider of engaging after-school enrichment programs and summer camps throughout  Montgomery County, Maryland .

Applicants must have previous classroom experience.  Paid training will be provided to ensure instructors are fully prepared to lead our Future Chefs program.

Your Role:

• Lead interactive after-school sessions focused on cooking and kitchen skills, following a provided curriculum.
• Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students actively participate in hands-on activities and creative projects.
• Inspire a lifelong passion for learning by encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with Children... Has experience working with kids in schools, camps, or similar settings and is eager to positively influence their educational journey.
• Classroom Management: Demonstrates strong classroom management skills, creating a safe and supportive space for learning and exploration.
• Reliability: Is punctual, dependable, and enthusiastic about enriching young minds.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Schedule and Pay:

• Pay: $40 - $50 per class (2-hour session)
• Locations: Schools in Germantown and Silver Spring, MD.
• Class Timing: Classes start between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM (depending on the school) and run for 2 hours.
• Teaching Limit: You can teach 1 class per day and up to 5 classes per week.
