Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time

Overview Seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a healthcare setting. The role involves managing patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, as well as monitoring vital signs and administering medications. You will be responsible for wound dressing, specimen collection, and maintaining accurate documentation. Effective communication with patients and their families is essential, along with collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Admit, discharge, and transfer patients Take and report vital signs Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions Dress wounds and collect blood and urine samples Communicate effectively with patients and families Maintain organized and accurate documentation Restock supplies, medications, and equipment Collaborate with healthcare team members Qualifications & Requirements Graduate of an accredited LPN program Active LPN license in the state of practice Minimum 6 months of LPN work experience Physical ability to lift at least 80 pounds and stand/walk for long hours CPR certification, negative TB test, and clear background check Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements where applicable #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Here
