Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic interventions and exercises as outlined in the PT plan of care
- Help patients restore mobility, improve function, and achieve their treatment goals
- Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately and timely
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety
- Communicate closely with the supervising PT to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Virginia state PTA license or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy techniques and treatment planning
- Patient care and education
- Documentation and accurate record-keeping
- Infection control and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
