- Independently manage a caseload of diverse patient types, including spinal cord injuries, TBI, strokes, amputees, and medically complex patients
- Provide outpatient therapy for general ortho, sports medicine, pediatrics, and neuro diagnoses
- Assist in inpatient rehab and acute care settings, supporting transition and recovery processes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress using EMR systems like EPIC and Wellsky
- Comply with departmental protocols and safety standards
- Valid LA PT license in good standing
- BLS certification required
- 1+ years of experience with the types of patients mentioned
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
