Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with urological conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history. Perform urological procedures and surgeries, including minimally invasive techniques. Interpret diagnostic tests, such as ultrasounds, CT scans, and urodynamic studies. Manage chronic urological conditions, including prostate cancer, kidney stones, urinary incontinence, and benign prostatic hyperplasia. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education on self-care and recovery. Collaboration and Communication Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, radiologists, and oncologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Communicate effectively with patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and procedures. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions to optimize patient outcomes. Clinical Research and Education Engage in clinical research and contribute to advancements in urological care. Stay current with the latest research, techniques, and advancements in urology. Educate and mentor medical residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals. Qualifications Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree. Training: Completed an accredited residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Urology. Board Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology. Experience: 2 years of experience in urology preferred. New graduates with exceptional training will be considered. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong clinical and diagnostic skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
