Aon is looking for an Operations Specialist I in Fort Washington, PA. This position supports the Specialty Professions Program and offers a hybrid schedule. Job Responsibilities

• Processing Client Applications: Review and decision client applications. Assess client needs and act as advisor and processor.
• Broker Ambassador: Maintain broker relationships, respond to emails, onboard new brokers, and assist with financial backend processing.
• System Support: Assist with user support, training, system testing, and process or system changes.
• Reporting: Support daily reporting, run queries, track production, and consolidate data.
• Quality Control: Answer questions from East partners, review processed work from vendor partners, and ensure procedures are followed.
• Maintaining Procedures: Review and update processing notes, templates, and reference materials.
• Special Projects: Participate in process improvement and operational efficiency projects.

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

Required Experience: 2+ years of office or administrative work experience. Prior insurance industry work experience preferred. Excellent reading comprehension and strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with PC applications. Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and customer service focus. Demonstrated use of sound judgment skills with solid decision-making abilities. Ability to multi-task and independently prioritize work. Strong independent problem-solving skills. Basic Math Skills.

Preferred Experience: Property and Casualty license preferred. Required to obtain the P&C license within 6 months of hire date. Education: High School. Some college or relevant work experience preferred.

Pay Transparency Law: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $40,000 to $48,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on geographic location.
