DESCRIPTION Are you a natural leader who knows how to run a great restaurant and build an elite team? Lennys Grill & Subs is looking for a motivated, hands-on General Restaurant Manager to lead our team, drive sales, and help us deliver great food and outstanding customer service every day. We are looking for a leader who takes ownership, builds a strong team, controls costs, and consistently delivers an outstanding guest experienceThis is a hands-on management position. Our ideal manager is someone who leads from the front, works alongside the team during busy periods, holds people accountable, and takes pride in the overall operation of the restaurant. Compensation & Performance Bonuses We offer a competitive base salary and a performance-based bonus program that rewards managers for driving sales, developing their team, maintaining excellent customer service, and running an efficient operation. Our Weekly Sales Bonus Opportunities include:
- $100 bonus when weekly sales exceed $8,000
- $150 bonus when weekly sales reach $9,000
- $200 bonus when weekly sales reach $10,000
- $250 bonus when weekly sales reach $11,000 or more
- Daily Operations: Lead the restaurant team during daily operations to ensure peak efficiency.
- Guest Experience: Deliver excellent customer service and ensure top-tier food quality.
- Team Development: Train, coach, develop employees, and create a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
- Business Growth: Control store costs, manage margins, and actively drive weekly sales.
- Experience managing or supervising a sandwich shop, deli, fast-casual restaurant, or quick-service restaurant (QSR).
- A strong understanding of what it takes to keep a busy restaurant running efficiently.
- Experience with a sandwich shop, deli, fast-casual, or quick-service restaurant is strongly preferred.
- A leader with a "lead from the front" mentality who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Food-safety or ServSafe certification.
