Orangetheory Fitness is looking for a passionate Fitness Instructor to lead our science-backed, technology-tracked, & coach-inspired workouts while being a brand ambassador for the OTF community.

Life of a Fitness Coach at Orangetheory:
- Guiding and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
- Ensuring members are using correct form and offering adjustments if needed
- Demonstrate usage of fitness equipment utilized for each workout
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of the state-of-the-art studio
- Understanding the science behind our strength and heart-rate focused training programs, and staying up to date on active fitness industry trends
- Building meaningful connections and creating community as you expand your personal brand and network within the fitness industry
- Positively changing the lives of others by helping members set and achieve personal fitness goals
Are you Qualified?
- Currently fitness certified from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness:
- ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NASM, NSCA
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current AED/CPR certification
- Successful completion of the OTFit Certification Program
- Have a functional understanding of strength and heart rate-based interval training
- Experience working in a fitness environment (preferred)
- A team player committed to growth and excellence
