About the Role We're looking for a sharp, insight-driven Performance Creative Strategist to join the SeroVital team. This role sits at the intersection of creative thinking, performance data, and hands-on execution, and plays a key role in shaping how our paid media creative evolves and scales. The ideal candidate can read what's working in performance, translate it into compelling hooks and angles, and bring those ideas to life quickly, using AI tools, our in-house video editor, and our design and agency partners. What You'll Do • Create ads directly using AI image and video tools, from fast concept tests to polished statics and short-form video. • Write short-form video scripts and scroll-stopping hooks for paid social, including UGC, creator-led, and voiceover formats. • Work closely with our in-house video editor to concept, cut, and iterate on video ads, including new variants of top performers. • Develop clear creative briefs for designers and agency partners, with concept, copy, visual direction, and messaging guardrails. • Analyze creative performance to understand what's working and what isn't, and use those insights to decide which messages to scale, refine, or retire, and where new messaging should go next. • Balance iteration and innovation, scaling winning concepts while introducing net-new angles to test. • Keep creative production organized, with assets named correctly, tracked, and delivered on time. • Stay current on the competitive and cultural landscape in anti-aging, beauty, and wellness to spot trends, gaps, and opportunities. Who You Are • 2+ years of experience developing performance-driven creative for paid media (Meta, TikTok, or similar). • Hands-on with AI creative tools for image and video generation, and comfortable editing in CapCut or similar. • Able to translate performance data into actionable creative insights and new messaging directions. • A strong writer of hooks, scripts, and messaging angles that stop the scroll and drive action. • Understands how creative impacts metrics like CTR, CPA, and conversion rate, and use those signals to guide iteration. • A clear communicator who can brief designers, editors, and agencies so the work comes back right the first time. • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple creative workstreams at once. • Genuinely interested in beauty, wellness, healthy aging, and performance marketing.
