We are an Equal Opportunity / E-Verify Employer Responsibilities The Front of House Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of Old Chicago.They are responsible for supervising the Front of House Staff and for reporting to the Kitchen Manager. Manage the front of house staff including scheduling, training and general supervision. Oversee that all opening and closing duties are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained. Responsible for daily deposits, and the correct operation of the POS systems. Balancing of all daily and nightly cash drawers and POS. Inventory and maintenance for Front of House Items. Providing excellent customer service to guest and excellent leadership to employees. Enforce and monitor all health, safety and sanitation standards in their area. Handle guest complaints according to provided guidelines. Work closely with the Kitchen Manager to provide a seamless experience Responsible for quality assurance of products leaving the Kitchen/Restaurant Qualifications & Skills At least one years of Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment Stress management/composure Proven leadership and time management skills Expert in proper food handling techniques and procedures Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Compensation: To be discussed #J-18808-Ljbffr Old Chicago - Goodyear
