Coach Sr. Manager, Global Brand Media

Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of the overall global media strategy aligning it with business objectives. Ensure strategies are adaptable to changing market dynamics. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay up to date on latest media consumption trends, opportunities, and consumer insights to inform media plans. Provide clear brand media direction to BUs, platforms and other key stakeholders that support the delivery of prioritized brand goals, objectives and long-term KPIs. Share a mindset that embraces See-Think and invents new media models for brand building rather than relying on traditional ones. Develop and use scenario models to forecast potential outcomes and global media investment, ensuring effective allocation across channels and campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional partners including global and BU marketing and finance leads, creative, analytics, and COE at Tapestry to ensure cohesive and integrated approach to global media efforts. Assist in building & managing global platform relationships that lead to joint business plans (JBPs) accelerating media application and activation across markets. Analyze metrics and identify areas of improvement, continually refining media strategies, focusing on Individuals Lifted via BLS and iROAS/iRevenue via MMM. Manage global collaboration/communication for campaigns with BU marketing counterparts. Prepare compelling presentations and reports to communicate media strategies and performance to BU and Global leadership. Qualifications At least 7 years of experience in media planning/buying and advanced measurement, with a proven track record in a global role. Experience in planning complex, multi-channel campaigns across global markets. Knowledge of both traditional and digital media channels including digital video, OTT/CTV, TV, OOH, social media, and emerging platforms across NA, EMEA & APAC. Ability to strategically evaluate a plan and its objectives at a high level while still managing execution details. Complex problem‑solving, cross‑functional coordination, stakeholder management, and collaboration. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
