Stocking & Wholesale Fulfillment Group Lead

Responsibilities The Stocking & Wholesale Fulfillment Group Lead has the primary responsibility of supporting the Fulfillment Center in both Stocking tasks as well as Wholesale Fulfillment functions. This role is highly versatile, and the associate should be prepared for day‑to‑day task changes. Perform and monitor all receiving and stocking functions within the fulfillment center located at 800 3rd Avenue, King of Prussia, PA 19406. Maintain the flow of work in Wholesale Fulfillment, including waving, replenishment need investigation, picking, shortage investigation, value‑added services (VAS), routing, manifesting, and shipping. Maintain a safety‑first mindset while using powered equipment and performing all functions within the FC. Be cross‑trained to assist in all Fulfillment Center Departments (picking, packing, processing returns, VAS, e‑commerce, receiving, stocking, employee sales, and perpetual inventory counting). Assist with the operation of company sale events, including setup, operations, and takedown. Provide leadership and motivation to others, serving as a role model and motivating team members to meet objectives. Meet deadlines while respecting merchandise, ensuring timely shipping and adherence to VAS requirements. Detailed Operational Duties Unloading and storage of all delivered receipts, returns, and samples shipped via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Deliver inbound mail and office packages on the same day received. Manage floor locator for e‑commerce and retail/wholesale departments, maintaining a 24‑48 hour service level for initial stocking. Perform operational functions that maintain flow of work of Wholesale Fulfillment, including: Wave orders in WM Print and distribute labels and tasks. Run and complete replenishment assignments. Oversee the Wholesale Picking Floor, ensuring orders are picked correctly and sent to Shipping. Assist Shipping Group Lead with VAS area to minimize account chargebacks. Assist with inventory maintenance of all Wholesale Boxes and research shortages. Maintain safety while using powered equipment, abiding by signage, using spotters, and reporting unsafe behavior to the direct supervisor. Assist in all FC Departments as directed, including picking, packing, processing returns, VAS, e‑commerce, receiving, stocking, employee sales, and perpetual inventory counting. Assist with company sale events, including setup, operations, takedown, and returning goods to stock. Provide leadership and motivation; act as a role model and motivate others to meet daily objectives. Meet deadlines, acknowledging that merchandise is either on time or missed with no concept of lateness. Qualifications 1–2 years of relevant work experience in a distribution or materials handling environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Basic personal computer skills on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Manhattan. Ability to independently move, stack, and load boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. Prior experience operating forklifts or similar machinery. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a 24‑foot box truck. Dependability, responsibility, and commitment. Position Details The position is full‑time, hourly, non‑exempt, eligible for overtime, and requires overtime approval from the Senior Director of Fulfillment, Logistics and Facilities. Hours are 10:30am–7:00pm Monday to Friday, with required weekend availability during peak periods. The role is based at 800 3rd Avenue, King of Prussia, PA 19406.
