We are currently looking for highly-qualified, creative Landscape Architects who are detail-oriented critical thinkers and comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment to work on a wide range of projects. Candidates with previous experience on public NYC projects, especially projects for NYC SCA, are highly desirable. Successful Landscape Architects (3-10 yrs experience) candidates will possess the following: Strong competencies in grading design, planting design and construction detailing Superior design abilities including detailed design development Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe CS, Sketch-Up and/or Rhino (Lumion a plus) Cost estimating experience Construction admin experience Demonstrated success as a project manager Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills NY Registration or on the path to registration.
