Overview:

We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join a growing fabrication team. This position is responsible for welding and fabricating steel components used in metal building systems and structural applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on MIG welding experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to produce quality welds in a fast-paced shop environment.

What you'll do as: NOW HIRING - MIG Welder

- Perform MIG welding on steel components and structural materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
- Fit, align, and position materials prior to welding
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills and Experience:

Preferred Candidate Might:

- Previous MIG welding experience
- Experience working with structural steel or metal fabrication
- Ability to read a tape measure and understand basic measurements
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
