About the Role
The Company is seeking a Franchise Field Vice President to drive the results and growth of its franchise advisor platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting experienced advisors, developing and monitoring organic growth coaching programs, and deploying resources to support recruiting strategies. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing strategic business plans to drive advisor success, monitoring business results, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and client satisfaction benchmarks. The role also involves providing leadership, and direction, and acting as the primary face of the channel to build a culture that supports franchisee retention. Applicants for the Franchise Field Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a related field. The role requires strong leadership, influencing, and sales skills, as well as expertise in financial services, financial planning, and compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coaching and developing others, managing P&L financials, and driving business results. Professionalism in representing the brand, the ability to manage a team, and a commitment to client service are essential. A Series 7, 24, and relevant state registrations or the ability to obtain them within 150 days are also required.
