Network Engineer

We are looking for seasoned leader who has a strong knowledge in managing a large and complex Network, DC, Azure Cloud environment Experience in managing team of networking engineers, system engineers in a Azure Stack lab/DC environment Provide leadership for networking infrastructure, including switch deployments, connectivity validation, and break/fix operations Oversee network stack deployments (Dell/Cisco switching) ensuring high availability and performance Drive design, implementation, and maintenance of Azure Stack lab environments to ensure scalability and reliability Develop and implement proactive monitoring and alerting solutions to reduce downtime Own KPI tracking and reporting through Power BI, ensuring SLA targets are met or exceeded Deliver executive-level reporting including MBRs and QBRs Oversee asset management and inventory tracking across lab environments Manage Windows update validation and deployment across Azure Stack infrastructure Establish and enforce team standards, processes, and operational procedures Coordinate daily lab operations, maintenance, and issue resolution Ensure successful deployment and integration of applications and services within Azure Stack Mentor engineers across infrastructure and networking domains to promote skill growth and operational excellence HCL is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law.
