Base Pay $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 / Year Employee Type Exempt-Salary Required Degree Masters Manage Others Yes Description Compass of Hope is seeking a strong, independent and highly skilled/ethical licensed clinician to join our team of leaders and help our emerging clinicians grow and develop to be the best providers they can. As a licensed therapist, you will provide supervision and support to pre-licensed and intern staff while also managing your own caseload to stay current. Caseload expectations are based on how many supervisees a clinical supervisor has to encourage balance and reduce burnout. You will be one of the direct site supervisors of the office, ensuring administrative and clinical excellence. There are additional opportunities for growth within this role. Requirements Active, unrestricted clinical licensure in New Hampshire (e.g., LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT) NH Board Approved Clinical Supervisor Willingness to obtain and maintain licensure in Massachusetts and Maine Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience Prior experience supervising interns and/or pre-licensed clinicians strongly preferred Leadership or management experience in a clinical or healthcare setting strongly preferred Preferred therapeutic experience with children, adults, couples and families Summary The Clinical Supervisor & Licensed Therapist provides day-to-day clinical and administrative leadership for their assigned Compass of Hope office, ensuring high-quality clinical care, operational excellence, staff support, and full compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards. This role reports directly to the Director of Clinical Services. This role requires the ability to hold firm, kind, and consistent boundaries , possess strong organizational and clinical skills, and operate in full alignment with Compass of Hope policies and procedures with the leadership team. Strong systems-thinking, communication, and leadership skills are essential. This role plays a critical part in shaping and maintaining a healthy office culture and requires a leader who is approachable, accountable, and consistently models excellence in both clinical and administrative responsibilities.
