RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Complete and submit new insurance applications.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance (or willing to obtain)
