Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collision Repair Technician role located in Manchester, NH. The Collision Repair Technician will perform vehicle damage assessments, disassembly, structural and non-structural repairs, panel replacement, and body straightening according to manufacturer and industry standards. Responsibilities include preparing surfaces, performing sanding, priming, and minor paint work, as well as aligning frames and body components to restore vehicle safety and appearance. The role involves working with repair estimates, collaborating with estimators and parts staff, and documenting work performed for quality and compliance. The technician will follow safety procedures, maintain tools and equipment, and contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient workshop environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in collision damage assessment, structural repair, and body panel replacement. Candidates should possess skills in surface preparation, sanding, priming, and basic refinishing or blending. Candidates should possess skills in mechanical component removal and installation related to collision repair. Candidates should possess skills in reading repair estimates, following OEM repair procedures, and documenting work accurately. Candidates should possess skills in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and measurement devices safely and effectively. Automotive collision repair certification or vocational training is preferred; I-CAR or manufacturer certifications are a plus. Prior experience in an auto body or collision repair facility is highly beneficial. Ability to lift and move vehicle parts, stand for extended periods, and follow all safety and environmental regulations.
