Warehouse Lead

Warehouse LeadRun the warehouse that runs the trucks. Every install and every service call starts in the warehouse. If the parts aren't pulled, the trucks don't roll. McWilliams is looking for a Warehouse Lead who takes ownership of that — someone who keeps the shop clean, the bins labeled, the equipment staged, and the techs moving out the door on time. This is a hands-on lead role for someone who likes order, likes being counted on, and wants to be the reason the whole operation runs smooth.What You'll OwnStage equipment and parts for every department so techs leave ready, not waitingOrder parts, track them in ServiceTitan, and keep customers and dispatch updated on ETAsCheck equipment in and out and keep clean records of what's on the shelf and what's on a truckReceive shipments, verify against packing slips and POs, and catch damage before it hits a jobRun cycle counts and year-end inventory, reconcile the gaps, and keep the bin and shelving system tightTrack warranty returns and chase vendor credits until they landInspect the fleet, log fuel and mileage, schedule maintenance, and keep idle trucks cleanRun deliveries and warranty parts to satellite locationsCoordinate with dispatch each morning to prioritize and stage the day's jobsManage the tool crib and small-tool check-out logOpen, close, and secure the warehouse; enforce PPE, lifting, hazard-reporting, and OSHA safety standardsHandle waste oil, batteries, and filters the right wayTrain new warehouse and yard hires on how we do thingsWhat You Bring1+ years of warehouse, inventory, or parts experience — HVAC or plumbing parts a big plusForklift certification, or willingness to get certifiedBasic computer skills; ServiceTitan or similar field-service software experience preferredOrganized, detail-driven, and able to juggle requests from four departments at onceSelf-starter who communicates clearly and doesn't wait to be toldHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and insurable driving recordAble to stand, walk, bend, and lift 50+ lbs in a shop environment with heat, cold, noise, and moving equipment; occasional local travel to satellite locationsMust be 18 years of age or older to applyWhy McWilliamsSet schedule — Monday through Friday, 7 to 4.
