Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist in a variety of surgical procedures with a focus on Total Joint and Plastics cases
• Manage a case load ranging from 12 to 22 cases
• Prepare and maintain the sterile field before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and OR staff to ensure safe and efficient patient care
• Follow facility protocols and maintain compliance with surgical safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Surgical Technologist certification (CST) or equivalent required
• Experience scrubbing Total Joint and/or Plastics cases
• Ability to work a 4x10-hour day shift schedule within a Sunday–Saturday facility work week
• Ability to start within two weeks of offer

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume OR setting
• Comfort managing a broad range of case types and adapting to varying case loads
• Interest in a potential temp-to-hire opportunity for long-term placement
