Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, 20 hours weekly.

Join a mission-driven outpatient program where you’ll support individuals on their path to recovery from substance use. As a Behavioral Technician (internal title: Addiction Recovery Technician Outpatient ), you'll be an essential part of a compassionate care team, helping clients build stability and strength through structure, education, and support during Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients by facilitating group education sessions and promoting daily structure
• Provide supervision and ensure safety during program hours
• Assist with client transportation to and from services
• Document services accurately and timely using both paper and electronic systems
• Participate in team meetings and staff trainings
• Respond appropriately to client needs, including crisis situations

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

HS Diploma, GED/HISET (preferred)
Valid, unrestricted driver's license required
