Foster strong relationships with new and current customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Explain coverages and insurance policies and uphold the wants and needs of our customers to best suit their needs. Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Confident, self-starter who works well independently but also with a team. Strong work ethic and great customer service skills.
