Job Title: TA Sourcing Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a TA Sourcing Specialist to join our client to support and strengthen clinical hiring efforts across healthcare teams. This contract role plays a key part in identifying qualified clinical talent, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through early stages of the hiring process. The position partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and talent acquisition leadership to keep hiring activity moving efficiently and compliantly. This opportunity is based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and follows a hybrid work arrangement.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the TA Sourcing Specialist:
• Manage full cycle recruiting support for clinical healthcare roles by sourcing talent and advancing candidates through offer ready stages
• Conduct high volume interview scheduling by coordinating availability, managing logistics, sending confirmations, and ensuring timely follow ups across multiple teams
• Serve as a primary point of coordination between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to keep interviews and hiring activity on track
• Perform initial candidate phone screens using defined criteria and provide clear feedback to recruiters on candidate alignment
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting in Workday and other recruiting systems while supporting recruiting initiatives and outreach efforts
Qualifications and Skills for the TA Sourcing Specialist:
• Three or more years of recruiting experience in agency or in house environments with a strong emphasis on execution and results
• Proven ability to source candidates and manage multiple priorities independently in a fast paced recruiting environment
• Comfort using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools, with experience in Workday considered a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship building skills with the ability to adapt to shifting hiring needs
• A degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience is equally valued
