What You Will Do:

• Ensure all material is processed efficiently during the pick pack ship process
• Investigate and resolve any errors and/or inconsistencies between database and physical inventory
• Apply CORE, lean, and other continuous improvement techniques to audit and revise process and/or Standard Work
• Communicate policies, practices, and procedures to ensure they are understood and followed
• Report out on KPI and performance metrics

What You Will Bring:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse shop floor environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience monitoring and reporting on metrics and KPI's
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• SAP experience preferred
• Power BI experience is a plus, but not required

Pay Range: $28.37/hour – $30.53/hour

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Windsor Locks, CT. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to distinguish color codes and part markings.

Travel Requirements:

Due to the nature of the work, 0% of travel is required.
