Industrial Electrician - Direct Hire at $72K+/annum with great benefits

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plastic molding machines, production equipment, conveyor systems, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency. Diagnose equipment failures using schematics, blueprints, diagrams, electrical testing devices, and precision measuring tools. Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems and support programming and control system modifications as needed. Inspect, replace, and repair components including bearings, filters, wiring, valves, gauges, switches, sensors, and other machine parts. Read and interpret electrical control drawings, mechanical assembly drawings, and equipment service manuals. Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns and restore machinery to operational status in a safe and timely manner. Conduct routine inspections, equipment adjustments, lubrication, and machine setup activities to ensure optimal performance. Maintain compliance with all company safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental regulations while working around industrial equipment. Support plant operations by participating in on-call rotations, working overtime as needed, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department. #J-18808-Ljbffr
