• Shift: Typical weekday hours (7am-5pm); call 7-10 days/month, on-call call-back 3-5 times/week
• Hours/Week: 40 hours

• Licenses/Certifications: CA Medical License (or ability to obtain); Board Certification/Eligibility in Urology within 3 years
• Experience: Prior urology experience preferred but not mandatory; focus on female urology & pelvic floor

What You'll Do

• Provide specialized care with a focus on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction
• Evaluate and manage patients with complex urological conditions
• Perform procedures and treatments related to pelvic health
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options
• Maintain detailed medical records and documentation

What You Need

• Medical Degree (MD or DO)
• Active CA Medical License (or willingness to obtain)
• Urology Board Certification or Eligibility (within 3 years)
• Strong interest in female urology and pelvic health
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
