About the Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support daily warehouse and operational activities at a fast-paced facility in Redwood City. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment, coordinating inventory, supporting logistics, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations and inventory activities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments
- Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records
- Prepare, package, and ship outgoing materials
- Support logistics, scheduling, and operational workflows
- Work cross-functionally with warehouse, operations, and administrative teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation as needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, or operations experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computer systems for tracking inventory and shipments
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
