This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys building modern, scalable applications across the full technology stack while spending the majority of their time developing robust backend solutions using C# and.NET.The ideal candidate is passionate about writing clean, maintainable code, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and thrives in a collaborative Agile environment. You'll work alongside Product Managers, UX Designers, Business Analysts, and fellow Software Engineers to deliver applications supporting both guest-facing digital experiences and critical internal business operations, with opportunities to contribute to modern frontend applications as well.Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Development & API EngineeringDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C# and the Microsoft.NET platformBuild and enhance RESTful APIs, backend services, and system integrations that support enterprise applicationsDevelop business logic and data-driven solutions while optimizing application performance and reliabilityWrite efficient SQL queries and collaborate on database design to support highly available applicationsFull Stack & Frontend ContributionContribute to modern frontend development using React, JavaScript, and related technologies when project needs requireParticipate in application modernization initiatives, enhancing existing systems while contributing to new featuresCollaboration & Agile DeliveryPartner with UX, Product, and Business teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsCollaborate with fellow developers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and adherence to development best practicesParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectivesProduction & Cloud SupportSupport cloud-hosted applications, deployment processes, and ongoing production support activitiesRequired Qualifications5+ years of professional software development experienceStrong experience developing applications using C# and.NET Framework and/or.NET CoreExperience building RESTful APIs and backend servicesSolid understanding of SQL Server, database design, and performance optimizationExperience developing full stack web applications using modern JavaScript frameworksExperience working with source control and collaborative development practicesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issuesExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional Agile teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience with React, Next.js, or similar modern JavaScript frameworksExperience working with Contentful, Sitecore, or other headless CMS platformsExperience developing applications hosted in Azure and/or AWS cloud environmentsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps best practicesExperience with Docker, containerized applications, or cloud-native developmentExperience integrating third-party APIs and enterprise systemsHospitality, gaming, or large enterprise application experience is a plusWhy Join?
