Sponsorship Coordinator (Beauty)

Job Description

Client Overview: Our client is a well-established professional organization that brings together industry leaders through events, networking opportunities, and professional development programs.

Role Overview: Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support event sponsorships, manage partner deliverables, and coordinate marketing assets across a variety of events and professional development initiatives. This role works closely with Development, Marketing, Membership, and Finance to ensure sponsor commitments are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.

Sponsorship Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Manage sponsor deliverables for events, ensuring all commitments are met outside of designated award programs.
\n
• Create and maintain sponsor manuals, project timelines, and tracking documents to keep deliverables on schedule.
\n
• Monitor event RSVPs and manage guest communications for dinners and other events.
\n
• Coordinate with external video production partners on sponsor reels and promotional video content.
\n
• Communicate sponsorship requirements and development needs to the Marketing team.
\n
• Oversee sponsor logo placement across digital platforms, review email marketing campaigns, and coordinate website updates with the Digital Content Manager.
\n
• Support the Director of Membership with corporate professional development programs, including coordinating sponsorship-related marketing materials.
\n
• Partner with Marketing to ensure promotional assets are developed and distributed according to established timelines.
\n
• Manage in-kind sponsorship relationships in collaboration with Development and Finance, ensuring accurate documentation and records are maintained for audit purposes.

Sponsorship Coordinator Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Experience coordinating events, sponsorships, partnerships, or marketing initiatives.
\n
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through when managing assets, timelines, and documentation.
\n
• Comfortable tracking RSVPs, maintaining records, and coordinating multiple moving pieces.
\n
• Proficiency with standard office and digital marketing tools.
