Position Summary: Rockwell Automation is seeking an experienced Risk Management expert who will oversee our IT risk assessment, tracking, reporting and management program. This includes the assessment and authorization processes to assure that our systems, partners, other supply chain providers and technologies meet our cybersecurity and risk requirements. You ensure appropriate treatment of risk, compliance, and assurance from internal and external perspectives. You will bring broad enterprise vision and technical experience. You have experience managing risk and technical deployments across a global enterprise. You will report to the Director of Governance, Risk & Compliance. Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and contribute to a virtual global team in a large matrixed organization.
• Develop policy, programs, and guidelines for implementation.
• Utilize risk assessment and management tool(s) for centralizing IT security-related risks and reporting for senior leadership.
• Work across departments and teams to implement organization's privacy principles and programs and align privacy objectives with security objectives.
• Relate strategy, business, and technology in the context of organizational dynamics.
• Review authorization and assurance documents to confirm that the level of risk is within acceptable limits for each software application, system, and network.
• Establish acceptable limits for the software application, network, or system.
• Identify risks associated with multiple types of system infrastructure and working with technical teams on appropriate treatment plans.
• Apply cybersecurity and privacy principles to organizational requirements (relevant to data confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation).
• Assess and forecast staffing requirements to meet organizational objectives.
• Coordinate cyber operations with other organization functions or support activities.
• Examination and assessment of third-party and supply chain risks and obtaining assurance that identified risks are adequately mitigated to Rockwell Automation's risk appetite.
• Coordination with risk and compliance teams throughout the enterprise to improve risk assessment processes, including related to trade controls, Sarbanes-Oxley and other enterprise requirements.
• Use best practices and lessons learned of external organizations and academic institutions dealing with cyber issues.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Typically requires 5+ years of relevant Information Security leadership experience.
• Experience in a regulated business, with an ability to manage conflict, provide leadership, organize, and make decisions.
• Technology Awareness and experience with risk assessment and management tools
• Experience developing policy, plans, and strategy in compliance with laws, regulations and standards to support organizational cyber activities.
• Experience assessing and managing third-party risks, including partners, suppliers and subprocessor or fourth-party risks.
• CRISC, CERA certification or similar
• Knowledge of applicable laws, statutes (e.g., in Titles 10, 18, 32, 50 in U.S. Code), Presidential Directives, executive branch guidelines, and administrative/criminal legal guidelines and procedures.
• Legal, Government or Jurisprudence understanding.
• Knowledge of strategic theory and practice.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies that have potential for exploitation.
• Knowledge of current and emerging cyber technologies

The Base Salary Compensation range for this role is 129,440-194,160 USD annual with an annual target bonus of 8% of base salary. Our company benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience. This position is part of a job family.
