Concrete Foreman

American Concrete Products is a leading manufacturer of quality precast concrete products for various industries. We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking foreman to join our team. You will work closely with our general manager and production supervisor to lead one of our production departments. Key Responsibilities Assist with hands‑on production work including formwork, rebar tying, finishing, and other tasks. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements and ensure accurate construction. Inspect work progress to verify project quality, identify issues, and implement solutions to maintain project timelines. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the crew, including assigning tasks, monitoring work quality, and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Train, mentor, and provide guidance to production team members to enhance skills and productivity. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of recent blueprint and drawing interpretation Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry or precast concrete construction with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
