Analista / Analista Programador Dynamics 365 CRM | 100% Remoto Buscamos un/a Analista o Analista Programador con experiencia en Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM para incorporarse a un proyecto dentro del sector bancario. La persona seleccionada participará en la configuración, diseño e implementación de soluciones Dynamics 365, trabajando también en su integración con otros sistemas y en la optimización de la experiencia de cliente. ¿Cuál será tu misión? Configurar y diseñar soluciones sobre Dynamics 365 CRM . Desarrollar e implementar plugins .NET . Trabajar con JavaScript para personalizaciones y desarrollos. Participar en la puesta en producción de las soluciones. Asegurar la correcta integración de Dynamics 365 con otros sistemas. Analizar necesidades y proponer soluciones funcionales y técnicas. Contribuir a la mejora y optimización de la experiencia de cliente. Colaborar con los diferentes equipos involucrados en el proyecto. ¿Qué buscamos? +3 años de experiencia trabajando con Dynamics 365 CRM . Experiencia en desarrollo e implementación de plugins .NET . Conocimientos de JavaScript . Experiencia en configuración y personalización de Dynamics 365. Capacidad para trabajar tanto en el ámbito funcional como técnico. Conocimientos de Azure , valorables. Experiencia con Dynamics 365 Customer Service , valorable. Certificaciones de Dynamics 365, valorables. Inglés B1 . Valorable experiencia en sector bancario .
