We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with IV Certification to join our fast‑paced Rehabilitation Unit. Our team is committed to providing exceptional post‑acute and rehabilitative care, helping patients recover and return to their highest level of independence. Position Responsibilities Deliver skilled nursing care to short‑term rehabilitation and post‑acute patients. Perform assessments and monitor patient progress. Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Accurately document patient care and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge goals. Respond effectively to changes in patient condition. Qualifications Current Florida RN or LPN license in good standing. IV Certification required for LPN applicants. Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, post‑acute care, or medical‑surgical nursing preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
